1.Spray cleaning: 6 stations carry out cup-type forced positioning and rotating cleaning. The first three stations spray from bottom to top, and the bearing rotates counterclockwise. The last three stations spray from top to bottom, and the bearing rotates clockwise.
2.Drying method: Filtered compressed air provided by air pump,dry the bearings through pipes and blowpipes.
3.Air filtration method:Add air filter mechanism to the air inlet,use coarse-effect air filters and high-efficiency air filters for secondary filtration.
4.The cleaning oil filtration system uses a stainless steel five-core filter, two-stage filtration (coarse filtration accuracy is 1μ, fine filtration accuracy is 0.22μ) cycle filtration, the filter should be easy to disassemble and replace the filter element.
5.The equipment also has reserved water cooling, oil cooling, and centralized filtration interfaces.
6.The cleaning machine (including the electronic control system) adopts a fully sealed structure, the exterior is made of flame-retardant materials, and is equipped with an oil mist recovery interface device.
7.It has the functions of cleaning fluid temperature detection, display and alarm. The alarm temperature can be set and the equipment will automatically stop running after the alarm until the cleaning fluid temperature drops to the set range.
8.With oil temperature too high alarm, oil level too low alarm, sound and light alarm.

Maintenance
The seller guarantees the quality of the products for 12 months since the date of installation. During the warranty period, any problems/defaults happen on the hard parts of the machinery, the buyer will replace the parts at the seller's cost (Free). If the defaults are aroused by the defaulted operations, or the buyer needs the technical assistance for the processing problems, the buyer should be responsible for all the cost and their allowance.
Packing and Shipping
